Return & Refund Policy — Famous Beauty Supply

Thank you for shopping with Famous Beauty Supply. Please review this policy before requesting a return. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. To qualify, an item must be unused, unworn, unopened, and in its original packaging, with any tags, seals, and accessories intact. Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Because we sell beauty and personal care products, some items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons once their seal or packaging is opened, even if you did not use them. This includes:

• Braiding hair, wigs, hair extensions and hair products
• Cosmetics, makeup and facial products
• Perfumes
• Nail products and press-on nails
• Earrings and body jewelry
• Hair equipment that touches hair or skin (like brushes, combs and hot tools), if opened

Clothing, hair accessories and other sealed items can be returned as long as they are unused and in their original condition and packaging. Items marked final sale are not returnable, except where required by law or if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items that do not meet the return requirements may be refused.

How to Request a Return

Before sending anything back, email famousbeauti.us@gmail.com or call us at +1 (469) 898-0542 with:

• Your order number
• The item or items you want to return
• The reason for the return

Please wait for return instructions before mailing an item. Returns sent without contacting us first may be delayed or refused. Send approved returns to the address we provide.

Return Shipping Costs

For a return due to a change of mind or an incorrect item selection, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If we sent the wrong item, or an item arrived damaged or defective, we will work with you to correct the issue at no additional cost. Please email us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery, include your order number, and provide photos if available. We may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, as appropriate.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether it has been accepted. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

If a return is not approved, we will contact you about the next steps.

Order Cancellations

To request cancellation, email famousbeauti.us@gmail.com or call us at +1 (469) 898-0542 as soon as possible with your order number. We can cancel an order only if it has not yet shipped. If it has already shipped, you may request a return under this policy, if eligible.

We will provide any refund due for an eligible cancellation to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after cancellation is confirmed. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
